Craig McAdams founded Claris LLC after 23 years working in Finance and Accounting for 3 different publicly traded fortune 500 companies.

Most recently serving as a Finance Director at Graco his experience demonstrated the ability to connect with-in and across the organizations he supported. During his time he worked on Acquisitions, Facilities, Manufacturing, Executive Strategic Planning, Financial Planning, Accounts Payable, Trade Finance, Sales Reporting, Incentive Design, Go to Market Strategy, Manufacturing, Capital deployment, Business Unit Stragegic Reviews, Valuation, Product Development, Facility Consolidations and Integrations, ERP System Conversions.

Providing mentorship and guidance to his team was a key personal value and he put his heart into developing his team. He is looking to bring this guidance and mentorship from Wall Street to Main Street.

His unique expertise is bringing creative problem solving to business problems, and clearly articulating what is happening in the business. He also is very resourceful in applying (limited) resources to turn strategy into reality.
